Amuse-bouche #7
This is the last in my incidental series of short bite-sized bits to take us from Solstice to Christmas and into the New Year.
Happy New Year, dear friends!
Some say it is a jump from the frying pan of 2021 into the fire of 2022. Some say it is 2020 all over again. I’m not fooled, this is our chance for change. I know, I know, I am an incurable optimist. Isn’t this “New Year” thing just a social construct anyways?
And still, the planet turns with the sun, and there’s a river current that flows inside all things and beings. It can be sensed and found. I think we are to dive into the inside to find that flow, ride in it or direct it or immerse into it so we can learn what to do next.
And now, link through the image of Quincy and let’s raise a glass together at Quincy’s Tavern “to your victories past and the adventures to come….”
That’s all for the Holiday Amuse-bouches. I hope you enjoyed them. It’s been fun for me to bridge the season this way, and to be in touch more often. I’ll be back to weekly posting from now on. See you next week.
Thanks so much for reading, commenting, and subscribing. It means a lot to me.
