I just love all your ideas about rest. It's exactly where I am in this life. A friend asked where we go after we die. I said....into the cosmos, the ocean, the birds. She said...but what about all the work on ourselves we've done. I said...work is overrated and she just said yes, Rest.
Thanks for sharing the Sunday list, which is very nice. I think your idea of writing in the mornings and inviting people to join us very generous. I can't write in a group though, except in very short bursts during a course workshop or something. I hope it goes well and that you will write about it in due course.
