Last weekend was a big sweet tangle of forces - Easter, Ramadan, Passover, Full Moon, plus the Planet Parade this week ushering in Earth Day! Can it get any juicier than that? Needless to say, I was sidelined from newslettering to you until all these Great Beings had cleared from the atmosphere somewhat.
This is a rich, gorgeous evocation of Spring. It deserves an uppercase S, don't you think? It's part of opening the door to a new understanding when we see Spring transfigured from a day when you can take off your winter coat to an expanse of vulnerability. Those forsythia standing tall in the wind. Every season has its own version of that. What after all is the Autumnal shedding of leaves but another exercise in going forth unprotected?
Thank you, Carol.
loved your writing, very elegant, as was the music. merci
